Ingredients
  • K&N’s Chicken Tikka Chunks - 200gm
  • Lasagna sheets - as required; boiled
  • Binding paste (3 tbsp flour + 4 tbsp water) as required
  • Flour - for coating
  • Egg - for coating; beaten
  • Bread crumbs - for coating
  • Oil - for frying

 

For Cheese Sauce:

  • Butter - 3 tbsp
  • Flour - 3 tbsp
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Water - 1/2 cup
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • White pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Cheddar cheese - 1/2 cup; grated
 
Method

Prepare K&N’s Chicken Tikka Chunks as per instructions on pack. Set aside.

Take a boiled lasagna sheet; spread cheese sauce and pasta sauce on it evenly.

Top it with prepared K&N’s Chicken Tikka Chunks then apply binding paste on the corner and roll it to make a bite size shape.

Coat them in flour, egg and lastly bread crumbs. While coating make sure to seal the edges properly.

Shallow fry prepared lasagna bites on medium low flame until the crust is light golden brown.

Tasty lasagna bites are ready to serve.

 

For Cheese Sauce:

Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat; stir in flour. Cook for about 2 minutes. Do not brown. 

Turn off the flame and then gradually stir in milk, turn on the flame and continue cooking over low heat, stirring constantly, until sauce begins to thicken.

When sauce starts thickening add half cup water. Cook till sauce consistency is medium.

Season with salt and white pepper powder. Remove from heat, add grated cheese and mix well. Cheese sauce is ready.

 

Pasta Sauce
Ingredients
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • Garlic cloves - 3, minced
  • Onion - 1/2 cup; chopped
  • Tomato puree - 2 cups
  • Salt - to taste
  • Italian seasoning - 3 tbsp
  • Basil leaves -1 tbsp; fresh & chopped
 
Method

Heat olive oil in a pan, add onion, garlic and sauté for 3 minutes.

Add tomato puree, fresh basil leaves, Italian seasoning, salt and let it simmer on low flame for 20 minutes or until it gets thick and dark.

Pasta sauce can be stored in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
