Ingredients
- K&N's Haray Bharay Nuggets - 14 nuggets
- Green Peas - ½ cup
- Capsicum - 1 cup; diced
- Olive Oil - 2 tbsp
- Onion - 1 cup; julienned
- Mushrooms - 1 cup; sliced
- Garlic - 2 cloves; finely chopped
- Ginger - 1 tbsp; finely chopped
- Salt - to taste
- White Pepper Powder - ½ tsp
- Black Pepper Powder - ¼ tsp
- Soy Sauce - ¼ cup
- Honey - 2 tbsp
- Sesame Seeds - 1 tbsp
- Hokkien Noodles - 2 cups; boiled
Method
Blanch green peas and capsicum and set aside.
Sauté onion in olive oil; add mushrooms, blanched vegetables, garlic, ginger, salt, white pepper, black pepper, soy sauce, honey, and sesame seeds.
Mix and add hokkien noodles.
Fry K&N's Haray Bharay Nuggets as per instructions on pack. Cut into half and mix in noodles.
Garnish with sesame seeds and serve warm.
