Ingredients
  • K&N’s Mini Franks Sausage (for crust filling) - 24-26 sausages
  • Dough - as required
  • Pizza sauce - ½ cup
  • Mozzarella cheese - ½ cup; grated
  • Bell pepper - as required; chopped
  • Sweet corns - as required
  • Onions - as required; chopped
  • Black olives - as required
  • Butter mixture - as required

 

For Butter Mixture

  • Butter - ¼ cup; melted
  • Garlic - 1 tbsp; chopped
  • Oregano - 1 tsp

 

Method

Thaw K&N’s Mini Franks Sausage as per instructions on pack. Cut 3-4 K&N’s Mini Franks Sausage into slices. Set aside.

Divide dough into 4 equal parts. Roll out one part into a flatbread.

Place flatbread into a greased baking tray and make small cuts on the edges from inwards to outwards of about 1 inch.

Place K&N’s Mini Franks Sausage around the edges on each 1 inch portion; roll the sausages inwards and twist to arrange it length wise.

Spread pizza sauce in the center, add mozzarella cheese, bell pepper, sweet corns and onions.

Top it with sliced K&N’s Mini Franks Sausage and black olives; brush with butter mixture.

Bake at 180°C for 10-12 minutes or until cheese melts and crust becomes lightly golden.

 

For Butter Mixture

Add all the ingredients in a bowl; mix well and set aside.

 
Dough:
Ingredients
  • All-purpose flour - 2 cups
  • Yeast - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Water - as required

 

Method

Add all ingredients in a bowl and knead into smooth dough.

Cover the bowl with and let it rest until double in size.
