Ingredients
- K&N's Pepperoni Slices - 25-30 slices
- Fennel seeds - ½ tsp
- Whole peppercorn - 1 tsp
- Garlic - 2 tbsp; sliced
- Onions - ½ cup; diced
- Fresh button mushrooms - 1 cup; sliced
- Tomatoes - 1 cup; diced
- Vinegar - 2 tbsp
- Dried basil - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Chilli flakes - 1 tsp
- Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Spiral pasta - 4 cups; boiled
- Fresh dil leaves - 1 tsp
Method
Thaw K&N's Pepperoni Slices as per instructions on pack and set aside.
In a bowl, toss together fennel seeds, whole pepper-corn, garlic, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, vinegar, dried basil and salt.
Pour olive oil. Add chilli flakes, black pepper, boiled pasta and mix well.
Add fresh dil leaves, thawed Pepperoni Slices and parsley.
Mix together and serve.
