Ingredients
  • K&N's Pepperoni Slices - 25-30 slices
  • Fennel seeds - ½ tsp
  • Whole peppercorn - 1 tsp
  • Garlic - 2 tbsp; sliced
  • Onions - ½ cup; diced
  • Fresh button mushrooms - 1 cup; sliced
  • Tomatoes - 1 cup; diced
  • Vinegar - 2 tbsp
  • Dried basil - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • Chilli flakes - 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Spiral pasta - 4 cups; boiled
  • Fresh dil leaves - 1 tsp

 

Method

Thaw K&N's Pepperoni Slices as per instructions on pack and set aside.

In a bowl, toss together fennel seeds, whole pepper-corn, garlic, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, vinegar, dried basil and salt.

Pour olive oil. Add chilli flakes, black pepper, boiled pasta and mix well.

Add fresh dil leaves, thawed Pepperoni Slices and parsley.

Mix together and serve.
