Ingredients
- K&N's Chicken Tikka Chunks - 350 grams
- Oil – 3 tbsp
- Onion – ½ cup; finely chopped
- Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
- Tomato – ½ cup; finely diced
- Vinegar – 1 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
- Crushed Red Chilli – 1 tsp
- Black Pepper – 1 tsp
- Ketchup – 2 tbsp
- Soy Sauce – 1 tbsp
- Water – ¾ cup
- Mixed Capsicums – ½ cup; finely diced
- Fusilli (spiral) Pasta – 2 cups; boiled
Method
Heat K&N's Chicken Tikka Chunks as per instructions on pack and set aside.
Heat oil and sauté onion, add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, vinegar, salt, crushed red chilli, black pepper, tomato ketchup and soy sauce. Mix well and add water. Cook into thick gravy and add Chicken Tikka Chunks.
Add capsicum and pasta. Stir well to mix.
Dish out, garnish and serve.
