Ingredients
- K&N's Fiery Fingers - 400 grams
- Cooking oil - 2 tbsp
- Soft tortilla wraps - 5
- Sour cream - ½ cup
- Lettuce - 2 cups; shredded
- Green capsicums - 2; diced
- Red capsicums - 2; diced
- Onion - 1 small; cut into rings
- BBQ sauce - 5 tbsp
Method
Fry K&N's Fiery Fingers as per instructions on the pack and slice them.
Warm each tortilla and spoon a tablespoon of sour cream down the middle of each shell.
Layer with lettuce, capsicums, sliced Fiery Fingerss, onions and BBQ sauce.
Top with more sour cream. Wrap tortillas and serve.
