Ingredients
  • K&N's Fiery Fingers - 400 grams
  • Cooking oil - 2 tbsp
  • Soft tortilla wraps - 5
  • Sour cream - ½ cup
  • Lettuce - 2 cups; shredded
  • Green capsicums - 2; diced
  • Red capsicums - 2; diced
  • Onion - 1 small; cut into rings
  • BBQ sauce - 5 tbsp

 

Method

Fry K&N's Fiery Fingers as per instructions on the pack and slice them.

Warm each tortilla and spoon a tablespoon of sour cream down the middle of each shell.

Layer with lettuce, capsicums, sliced Fiery Fingerss, onions and BBQ sauce.

Top with more sour cream. Wrap tortillas and serve.
