Ingredients
- K&N's Seekh Kabab - 4 kababs
- Cheese slices - 4
- Cheddar cheese - 4 tbsp; shredded
- Salt - 1 pinch or to taste
- White pepper - ¼ tsp
- Egg - 1; whisked
- Flour - 2 tbsp
- Cooking oil - 8 cups
- Lemon - 1; cut in slices
Method
Stuff each K&N's Seekh Kabab with a cheese slice.
In a bowl, add shredded cheese, salt, white pepper, beaten egg, flour and mix well.
Dip stuffed Seekh Kababs in this cheese mixture.
Heat cooking oil and fry these coated kababs until fully cooked and heated through.
Serve hot with lemon slices.
