- K&N’s Tender Pops - 20-25 pieces
- Mashed potatoes - as required
- Brown sauce - as required
- Sweet corns - as required
- Cheddar cheese - as required; shredded
- Coriander leaves- for garnishing
For Mashed Potatoes:
- Potatoes - 4-5; boiled
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper powder - ½ tsp
- Cream cheese - ¼ cup
- Light cream - 2 tbsp
- Milk - ¼ cup
Prepare K&N’s Tender Pops as per instructions on pack.
In a bowl, spread a thick layer of mashed potatoes and sprinkle sweet corn.
Place Tender Pops, drizzle brown sauce and cover it with 4-5 scoops of mashed potatoes.
Top it again with sweet corn, Tender Pops, drizzle brown sauce and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
Garnish it with coriander leaves. Your Mashed Potatoes Bowl with Tender Pops is ready.
For Mashed Potatoes:
In a bowl, add boiled potatoes and mash them well.
Add salt, black pepper powder and mix well.
Add cream cheese, light cream, milk and mix until evenly incorporated. Your mashed potatoes are ready.
- Chicken broth - 2 cups; boiled
- Garlic powder - 2 tsp
- Onion powder - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- Cornstarch slurry (1/4 cup water + 3 tbsp cornstarch) - as required
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper powder - to taste
- Light cream - 1 tbsp
In a pan, add chicken broth and bring it to boil. Add garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce and mix well.
Add cornstarch slurry and cook until thick in consistency.
Add salt and black pepper powder, light cream and mix well until combined. Your brown sauce is ready.
